Recently I contacted Emma of Om Shanti Wellbeing about hypnosis to stop smoking. Having seen the news article where she had helped someone else with addiction I thought no harm in trying. Emma was brilliant, from start to finish. I dont know what she done during the hypnosis, but it worked. 30 years smoking, tried absolutely everything and failed. Whatever Emma rewired inside me is working and feels great. Emma is calm and welcoming and instantly makes you feel relaxed. Follow up calls to check in a support are a nice little extra too. It took 2 sessions, a couple of hours to break my habit for good(hopefully) I can't recommend Om Shanti and Emma enough, for whatever yoyr ailment, woes or worries, I'm pretty confident she has a way to help you.

I would like to recommend Emma Ennis as a practitioner to anyone considering working with her. For over forty years, I had experienced headache whenever I was stressed or working too hard, or just generally life busy. These headaches were pretty much a weekly occurrence and limited my life enjoyment considerably. I had tried every remedy I could think of over the years, from medical interventions to all sorts of alternative medicine approaches. "My experience exploring Mindfulness with Emma has been such a wonderful, eye opening and life changing experience. One thing that I felt I really needed support with was 'Hangxiety', a deep feeling of dread after letting my hair down and having a few well-deserved drinks. This feeling would be so tough to go through, and I wondered if I should just never drink again as the aftermath was just too much emotionally and physically.

 

I decided to go ahead and open up to what Mindfulness might be able to offer. Each week Emma would guide me on a different topic and we would look at different ways to notice my body's unique way of processing and ways to tap into the wider world around. There would be homework, and meditations and every week would unveil different things to me. I began to view life through an entirely different lense, also my relationship with myself began to change as Emma helped me to see my limiting beliefs and familiar patterns I'd tread for so long, it was lots of fun treading new ones and seeing how much freedom and play we have in this life and how easy it is to trick ourselves into thinking we don't have choices."
